I’m a family photographer based in Lakewood, New Jersey, and a proud mom of four fun-loving (and yes, slightly wild!) kids. I grew up in Belgium and now call Lakewood home.

Photography for me isn’t just about snapping pictures—it’s about preserving the beautiful chaos, the quiet moments, and everything in between.

Before I picked up a camera, I was a teacher, and that experience still shapes how I work—especially with kids. I’ve taught children of all ages, including those with special needs, and I bring a calm, patient energy to every session. Kids sense when they’re understood, and that’s when the magic happens—when their real personalities shine through.

Art has always been a part of my life. As a kid, I was constantly sketching faces. Later, I fell in love with oil painting. But it wasn’t until I became a mom that my focus shifted to photography. I wanted to freeze every stage of my children’s lives—and that desire quickly turned into a deep passion.

What started as a creative outlet soon became something more. I spent countless hours learning, refining, and growing—and today, I specialize in both studio and outdoor photography, with a soft, natural style that’s full of warmth and connection. Whether I'm photographing a wild toddler, a quiet newborn, or a multi-generational family, I bring heart, humor, and just the right amount of perfectionism to every session.

 

Clients often tell me how relaxed and fun the experience feels—and how the photos capture little in-between moments they didn’t even notice at the time. That’s the magic I aim for.

 

When I’m not behind the camera, you can probably find me chasing golden hour on a trail, sketching photo ideas over a latte, or curled up with a good book. I love nature, I love light, and I love people—especially when I get to bring them all together.
